Ingredients
2tablespoonsolive oil
1medium onion,chopped
4garlic cloves,chopped
1 - 1 1/4poundssausage links (4-5 links)
1/2teaspoondried rosemary
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1/2cupchicken broth
2teaspoonsbalsamic vinegar
1 bay leaf
1pintgrape tomatoes
2(15.5 ounce) canscannellini beans,drained
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Once hot, add onions and garlic. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Push to perimeter of Dutch oven and add sausages to the center, making sure they are in direct contact with the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper and brown for 3 minutes. Flip and brown 3 more. Remove sausages to a plate. Add chicken broth to pan and stir to scrape any browned bits from the bottom. Add balsamic, bay leaf, tomatoes, and beans. Stir to combine. Place sausages on the top. Cover and bake 35 minutes.Serve hot with crusty bread.
