Ingredients
2(14.5 ounce) cansfire-roasted tomatoes
1/4cuproughly chopped yellow onion
1jalapeño,roughly chopped (deseeded if desired)
1cuppacked fresh cilantro leaves
3garlic cloves,roughly chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspooncumin
1/4teaspoonsugar
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large blender and blend until combined. Adjust seasoning to taste. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
Notes
I recommend making salsa at least an hour prior to serving, as blending makes it slightly frothy and the bubbles need a bit of time to settle down.
