This vanilla sweet cream is so easy to make at home, with ingredients you probably already have on hand! It's so creamy, slightly sweet, with just a hint of vanilla - a perfect addition to your homemade cold brew!Makes about 1 cup of creamer.

Ingredients
3tablespoonswater
3tablespoonssugar
1/2teaspoonvanilla
1/2cupheavy cream
1/3cupmilk(whole or 2%)
Directions
Make the vanilla syrup: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the water and sugar. Heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves completely - this will take about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.Make the sweet cream: Add the vanilla syrup along with the cream and milk to a medium jar. Secure the lid and invert the jar 10 times to combine. Be sure not to shake it as bubbles will form. Use within 2-3 days for best results.
Notes
To make vanilla sweet cream cold brew: Fill a glass with ice and pour in cold brew - leaving room at the top. Top with sweet cream and enjoy! I use roughly 1/4 cup cream per 1 cup cold brew, but use whatever you like!
