A cinnamon cream pie that is SO decadent and delicious, and could not be easier to make! The cinnamon filling is topped with a whipped topping and chocolate shavings. You can have this pie made in under 20 minutes!
Add the heavy cream, pudding mix, and cinnamon to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Whisk on medium-high speed until well combined and thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Fold in half of the cool whip (just eyeball it - it doesn't have to be too exact!). Transfer to the prepared crust and spread in an even layer.Top the cinnamon filling with the remaining cool whip, and spread in an even layer. Add chocolate shavings if using. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to serving to allow the filling to set.
