A 3-ingredient dip for apples that's ready in 5 minutes. It's creamy, sweet (but not too sweet), and you probably already have all the ingredients for it!

Ingredients
1(8 ounce) brickcream cheese
3/4cuppacked brown sugar
1tablespoonvanilla
Directions
Using an electric mixer, beat together all ingredients on high speed in a medium bowl until sugar granules have dissolved and dip has a creamy, whipped consistency - about 2 minutes.Serve with apple slices.
Notes
This can be made at least 3 days in advance. I've never been able to keep it around long enough to test a longer duration of time, but I would imagine it would keep for a week.
