Homemade French bread pizza is so easy, and so superior to the frozen variety! You can keep this super simple with just sauce + cheese, jazz it up with additional toppings, or set out a variety of toppings for an easy make-your-own pizza night!

1 1/2cupsshredded Italian cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine the olive oil, salt, and garlic powder in a small bowl.Slice the baguette down the middle and place cut side-up on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush all over with the olive oil mixture and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with the marinara and sprinkle with cheese and any other toppings you're using. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes. Turn the broiler on and cook 1-2 minutes more, until cheese is brown and bubbling. Serve hot.
