Back for more coffee! Since things were kind of at a standstill all through Spring, it feels like there is SO MUCH TO DISCUSS.
First, the coffee. We bought an espresso machine at the start of quarantine and it was a very, very good decision. Really good hot (and now iced) afternoon lattes at home have felt like mini-vacations.
A summer hair holy grail - Found this while cleaning out our bathroom closet. It's men's and SO GOOD. Not heavily scented, doesn't leave a weird film, and adds just the right amount of hold/texture. Especially for summer!
Gadgets that have changed my life - this mounts a Google mini to an outlet. I love an uncluttered surface.
Social distancing summer fun! - We bought a projector for movie nights in our backyard! It feels like the perfect way to be social outdoors this summer. I'd had this one on my amazon wishlist for close to a year, but lucked out and found a full-size (used) for a similar price.
A bonfire idea - Cannot recommend s'mores with homemade marshmallows highly enough.
Grilling ALL SUMMER - The grilling game has been drastically improved at our house thanks to this charcoal chimney. It cuts down on grill prep by a full 30 minutes, and the final product is way better.
Beating the heat - These are the answer to my life-long hunt for a hair tie that actually holds thick hair and doesn't result in a sad, droopy pony. They also are kind of a midpoint between hair elastics and scrunchies, so feel more fun than the usual.
I love evites - Making a big deal out of small events is kind of my schtick, and formal evites (is this an oxymoron?) are always so fun! Here is my go-to for a good evite. It's free up to a certain number of guests and I especially love the Flyer option. They have lots of good ones for both in-person parties and virtual get-togethers!
