Talking about spring things with a slightly different focus today, since normalcy feels so out of place right now. But it also is feeling like an extra good time for a virtual get together, so let's drink coffee and talk about life and springtime, and after that we'll get back to good food. (Because no matter what happens, we still gotta eat.)

working from home - everyone is doling out advice for people in close quarters and this is by far the best I've seen.
i never thought i’d say this, but… ebooks are my preferred way to read. Just discovered this love of mine a few weeks ago and already have read so much. DOES THIS MEAN I AM TOO LAZY TO HOLD AN ACTUAL BOOK? The jury is out.
If you're into ebooks, (especially good now when libraries are closed), Prime members can download free ones from Amazon. Most libraries also lend ebooks, and you can get them right to your phone!
staying social, far apart - it's hard to keep up with people when you're not running into them during your regular routine. Which means it's a good time for calling, facetiming, texting, emailing, sending cards, and social media communications. And have you seen pictures of people having hangouts 6 feet apart? An idea I can get behind.
For all that's going on, spring is still coming! Things are being made new! Trees are budding, grass is sprouting, the sun is making its comeback. Which means cozy rains, lighting fun spring candles, and getting outside more.
Happy spring, and hopefully our summer will look a little different!
